★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experienvia nunca contestan el telefini y en otras sucursales de ls misms empresa si contestan y hay no se molesran en levantar la bocina del telefono les marq durante una semana vsrias veses al dia y nada q mal servicio para q ponen numero teleginici di nadie se digna a contestar.
 Bad experience they never answer the telefini and in other branches of the same company if they answer and there they will not bother to lift the horn of the phone I dial them for a week vsrias times a day and nothing that bad service for they put teleginici number di nobody deign to answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en 4 horas no fueron ni para resolverme si le cambiarían el parabrisas a mi auto, ni hablar para avisar, ni re agendar. Muy mala atención por parte de recepción.
Lousy service, in 4 hours they were not even to resolve if they would change the windshield to my car, or speak to warn, or re-schedule. Very bad attention from reception.

Just waste of time. They wanted to put a used glass on me saying at the beginning that it would be new. A complaint has already been filed with the insurer.

La recepcionista es nefasta, se burla de lo que le dices junto con la gerente o encargada q está en la oficina de junto escuchando. En mi caso le estaba diciendo a la recepcionista q el cristal no era de la marca q me habían prometido y la encargada desde su oficina gritando: si lo quiere!! Si no q le pongan el q traía!! Como verdulera.
Hay otro joven en la recepción que de plano ojalá por lo menos sepa como se llama por q todo lo q le pregunté debía consultarlo.
Tuve q solucionarlo llamando al Call center de Glass Master para q me atendiera un supervisor y me explicara lo q en la sucursal no pudieron hacer.
De verdad pésima atención.
La instalación fue buena, un poco sucia pero pues ya ni quejarse.
De verdad evítense pasar un mal rato
Lousy experience, the attention sucks to say the least
The receptionist is nefarious, she makes fun of what you say to her along with the manager who is in the office next door listening. In my case, I was telling the receptionist that the glass was not the brand that I had been promised and the manager from her office yelling: if you want it! If not, give him the one he brought! As a greengrocer.
There is another young man at the reception who I hope at least knows his name because everything I asked him he had to consult.
I had to solve it by calling the Glass Master Call center so that a supervisor could attend me and explain what they could not do at the branch.
Really terrible attention.
The installation was good, a little dirty but then not even complain.
Really avoid having a bad time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes parabrisas. Pero el lugar brinda una pésima atención, no cumplen su palabra del horario, no respetan las citas, te quieren cobrar todo como adicional, te quieren sacar más dinero, soportar malas caras. No regreso al lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron bien y te hacen cita para no tener que esperar demasiado o tener que dejar el auto todo el día. El trabajo tiene garantía. En mi caso, me colocaron un parabrisas, el cual quedó perfecto. Aguas con la entrada/salida, esta medio raro el lugar así que debes tener precaución.
They treated me well and they make an appointment for you so you don't have to wait too long or have to leave the car all day. The work is guaranteed. In my case, they put a windshield on me, which was perfect. Waters with the entrance/exit, the place is kind of weird so you must be careful.
