★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un negocio de cristales para auto con un pésimo servicio. Éste lugar fue el que la aseguradora me asignó para remplazar el cristal frontal y el lateral de mi camioneta. Ahí me dijeron que el lateral no lo tenían al momento pero que lo traerían de su bodega en León Guanajuato y que ésto les tomaría cinco días, sin embargo se tardaron tres semanas y eso porque puse una queja directamente en la compañía de seguros. Pero eso no es todo, al momento de recibir la camioneta ya con los nuevos cristales instalados noté que el cristal frontal no lo instalaron en la versión que tiene la franja oscura para el sol y ahora tendré que volver la semana próxima para que hagan el cambio!
A car glass business with terrible service. This place was the one that the insurance company assigned me to replace the front and side glass of my truck. There they told me that they did not have the side at the moment but that they would bring it from their warehouse in León Guanajuato and that this would take them five days, however it took three weeks and that because I filed a complaint directly with the insurance company. But that's not all, when I received the truck with the new windows installed, I noticed that the front glass was not installed in the version that has the dark strip for the sun and now I will have to return next week to make the change. !
