Mejor acudir a otro lugar.
Good attention, but terrible service, they take a long time to deliver the vehicle and when they finally do, the new parts are missing screws.
Better to go somewhere else.

Por lo demás, bien.
They ask you to fill out the service survey before they give you the unit. My vehicle still had splinters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la mujer que atiende grosera desde un inicio diciendo que "ellos no ofrecen nada", cuando uno le habla con amabilidad. Cero prácticos, no dan detalles, (costos, características de producto,etc.), por teléfono y tardan 20 días en tener tu posible producto.
Terrible service, the woman who attends rude from the beginning saying that "they do not offer anything", when one speaks to her with kindness. Zero practical, they do not give details (costs, product characteristics, etc.), by phone and they take 20 days to have your possible product.

When it became clear that no one had it in stock, they built and installed a super perfect acrylic alternative, to allow us to continue travelling comfortably until the United States - basically saved us! Thank you so, so much for being so nice and professional!! We are forever grateful!
