★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me cumplieron con la fecha de entrega. Tienen problemas con el proveedor, aunque el servicio es rápido, la mano de obra no es cuidadosa, tengo pegamento fuera del cristal. No volvería a consultarlos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE. El seguro me mandó ahí, al poner el parabrisas rompieron un par de molduras y perdieron unos broches, y nunca me dijeron nada- al contrario, intentaron esconderlo. Cuando me di cuenta, fui a reclamar, entonces ellos buscaron todo tipo de excusas: dijeron que "es normal que las molduras se rompan y no manejamos refacciones", que su gente no había tocado esas piezas, etc. Tuve que recurrir al seguro para que desinstalaran el parabrisas y poder llevarlo a la agencia a que hicieran bien el trabajo, pero al desinstalarlo abollaron la parte superior de una salpicadera. Son unos incompetentes totales y gente deshonesta que en vez de comentar con sinceridad los errores que cometieron, los esconden e intentan deslindarse de ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde la recepción del Auto.
Lleve mi auto por parte del seguro y al recibirlo el vidrio no sellaba bien con las molduras, al comentarle al chavo me dijo que "era cuestión de que el vidrio asentara", mas adelante me di cuenta que no solo no sellaba la moldura si no que también estaba rota. Ahora que fui a que revisaran el el auto y presente mi queja, me siguen dando largas desde hace 2 semanas y no dan ninguna respuesta clara.
De no haber respuesta pronta escalare la situación con el seguro y PROFECO.
