Viene sucia, maltratada y parece usada y no nueva porque claramente no compre la de exhibición , parece que solo es un engaño,notifique al vendedor y no pudo resolver el inconveniente, proporciona el teléfono del " gerente" al hablar con Diego que dice ser gerente es de lo más déspota, grosero y muy nefasta su atención sin contar la incapacidad de entender y escuchar al cliente, no da una solución como cliente poniéndose en una postura de es lo que hay y si quieres, hazle cómo quieras yo no voy hacer nada por solucionarlo. Si por alguna razón deciden comprar tomen en cuenta que la postventa ya no es buena, no contestan, no solucionan y tal parece que te hacen un favor! Ojo glasse y Freddo es lo mismo .
