Terrible service. They have no idea about prosthetics on implants. And the receptionist starts arguing with you as if she had the knowledge when she didn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO , envie un trabajo y solo me traen de mentira en mentira, primero te mandan mensaje diciendo que estan viendo tu modelo y te equivicaste al anotar el diente a trabajar, despues al dia siguiente te marcan para decirte que enviaste el modelo roto ( lo rompen y ni siquiera recuerdan las conversaciones) les envias otra impresion y pasan los dias y te dicen que el trabajo quedara vestibularizado cuando anteriormente te habian marcado las zonas a desgastar y pidieron que se desgaatara palatino, cuando pides el diseño te dicen que no envian diseños en trabajos unitarios y cuando pides hablar con alguien que pueda solucionar tu queja y no la telefonista que es la que se encarga de transmitir sus mentiras (Citlali) te dice que se comunica contigo despues de hablar con el tecnico, obvio eso no pasa y marcas al otro dia y te dicen que se entregara el dia de hoy por vacaciones, sorpresa contesta la misma telefonista y dice que dwsdw hacw una semana un tecnico wsta revisando como puede quedar mejor por que despues lo regresamos al laboratorio y no nos hacemos responsables. POR CIERTO NO SABEN CUANDO LO ENTREGARAN.

BY THE COURSE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL DELIVER IT.
