★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que fui tenía reservación para 3, no nos atendieron al mismo tiempo y salimos con 30 min de desfase. La persona que me atendió muy buena onda, hasta eso. Al final tuve que pintarme las uñas (Gelish) en mi casa porque el color no me gustó pero después de estar ahí 2 horas ya no quise que me lo cambiaran. Mi segunda experiencia fue esmalte, me pintaron los pies de un color y las manos de otro. Pregunte si me iban a limar las uñas y me dijeron que eso no incluía. Cuando me acerque a caja les pregunte que cuánto se cobra por limar las uñas, me dijeron que ese servicio incluye en mi esmalte. Al final ni una disculpa, me cobraron el total y me dijeron que lo iban a revisar y me dejaron en la caja. Ridículo, no regresaré. Sobre agendan, no tienen a todo su personal capacitado y ni una disculpa por el mal servicio.

My second experience was enamel, they painted my feet in one color and my hands in another. I asked if they were going to file my nails and they told me that that was not included. When I went to the checkout I asked them how much is charged for filing the nails, they told me that this service is included in my polish. In the end, not an apology, they charged me the total and told me they were going to check it and left me in the box. Ridiculous, I will not return. On schedule, they do not have all their staff trained and not an apology for the poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables y atentas las trabajadoras, desde las manicuristas hasta la recepcionista. El lugar es muy lindo y los tiempos en que se tardan en trabajarte son perfectos. A pesar de todos estos puntos a favor no se si regresaría ya que algunas de las manicuristas no están capacitadas para ofrecerte el diseño que llevas en mente, algunas ocasiones no tienen los tonos que buscas, o no cuentan con el material requerido para el diseño de uñas que uno lleva en mente, es desagradable llegar con un diseño en mente y salir con uno muy distinto ya sea por la falta de material o por la falta de capacidad de la manicurista de no poder realizar el diseño ( ya que en algunas ocasiones si cuentan con lo requerido para realizarte el diseño y la falla está en la manicurista para llevarlo a cabo). Espero que esté comentario lo tomen para mejora y tomen en cuenta la capacitación que se les brinda a las chicas. Sin embargo de ser clienta nueva y visitarlas 4 ocasiones me he llevado algunas desagradables experiencias.

Despite all these points in favor, I don't know if I would return since some of the manicurists are not trained to offer you the design you have in mind, sometimes they do not have the tones you are looking for, or they do not have the material required for the design of nails that one has in mind, it is unpleasant to arrive with a design in mind and leave with a very different one, either due to the lack of material or the lack of capacity of the manicurist to not be able to make the design (because on some occasions if they have what is required to make the design and the fault is in the manicurist to carry it out). I hope you take this comment for improvement and take into account the training provided to the girls. However, being a new client and visiting them 4 times, I have had some unpleasant experiences.
