★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lejos de ser la mejor opción de aprendizaje en el idioma, su plataforma es en Internet, no se cuenta con un app, tiene áreas de oportunidad que no han corregido, dicen que puedes usarla en un cel, tablet, laptop o computadora y hasta ahora la pronunciación en cel y tablet no funciona, la única respuesta que dan cuando se los mencionas es "conectese en un equipo de computo o laptop, lo cual no es la mejor opción ya que te venden desde el inicio que puedes usar cualquier equipo. Si van a iniciar desde cero recomiendo mejor elijan otra escuela.

Al principio te hacen ver que están al pendiente de tu proceso y demás... Pero después te dejan a la deriva, tienen pésima comunicación entre la escuela presencial y en línea, los docentes dan el tema que se les acomoda porque recepción les revuelve alumnos de diferentes niveles o que ya vieron los temas. En otras ocasiones el docente ni siquiera se presenta a tomar la clase.
Su plataforma en línea deja de funcionar. Pésima experiencia, fui demasiado paciente y ni así.
Te quedas estancado, no te resuelven nada. Sólo juegan con tu tiempo.
ZERO RECOMMENDED.

But then they leave you adrift, they have terrible communication between the face-to-face and online school, the teachers give the subject that suits them because reception turns students upside down of different levels or who have already seen the topics. At other times the teacher does not even show up to take the class.
Your online platform stops working. Bad experience, I was too patient and not even like that.
You get stuck, they don't solve anything for you. They only play with your time.

Me ha gustado mucho la experiencia y tienen muy buen sistema, recomendado.
Nice facilities, if you don't know anything about the language they teach you from scratch.

EN ESTE ULTIMO PUDE DARME CUENTA QUE TIENEN UNA PESIMA ORGANIZACION. TIENEN REVUELTOS A TODOS LOS ALUMNOS, DE TODOS LOS NIVELES. NO HAY AVANCE. ME DI CUENTA QUE UN MAESTRO IBA A RENUNCIAR PORQUE NO ESTABA DE ACUERDO CON LAS NORMAS QUE LES MARCA LA ESCUELA. NO CAIGAS EN FRAUDE PORQUE TE PUEDES ARREPENTIR.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL, MY CONTRACT IS ALMOST OVER AND I HAVE NOT LEARNED ANYTHING. I GAVE MYSELF THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN VIA ONLINE AND PRESENTIAL. IN THIS LAST I WAS ABLE TO REALIZE THAT THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE ORGANIZATION. THEY HAVE ALL THE STUDENTS, AT ALL LEVELS. NO PROGRESS. I REALIZED THAT A TEACHER WAS GOING TO RESIGN BECAUSE HE DID NOT AGREE WITH THE RULES SET BY THE SCHOOL. DO NOT FALL IN FRAUD BECAUSE YOU CAN REPENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pésima experiencia, tienen una plataforma en línea que no sirve de mucho, las computadoras que nos ofrecen no sirven, parece huesario, agendar las horas un calvario, no hay un buen seguimiento para el aprendizaje del alumno puesto que los maestros se salen, no los tratan de mantener en la institución, la mala organización viene desde arriba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado!!! en si solo quieren que firmes el contrato mercantil y su único interés es bajarte esa lana, no hay un control en tu nivel de estudio, es mentira lo de la disponibilidad de horarios (nunca están disponibles en plataforma salvo los que ellos deseen), estoy dando seguimiento con PROFECO, los mantengo al tanto ;)
Watch out!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Respondiendo a la respuesta que le hicieron a Omar Antonio que por lo visto lo exhibieron en el comentario de otra persona, hubo un par de semanas en los cuales no pude agendar ni una hora, esto debido a la falta de maestros que habia en esos momentos, al igual se redujeron los dias habiles en las temporadas vacacionales y por ende no se pudo agendar, he notado que la plataforma registra menos horas de las que realmente hacemos... y esto se lo puede confirmar cualquier alumno
