★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de comprar galletas te recomiendo pensar dos veces si de verdad te conviene pagar 40 pesos por 8 galletas que aunque ricas, su sabor no justifica tan elevado precio, mejor te recomiendo ir a Diepan o a la superior y llevarte más sabor y producto por el mismo precio.
 Before buying cookies, I recommend you think twice if you really should pay 40 pesos for 8 cookies that, although rich, their taste does not justify such a high price, I better recommend you go to Diepan or the higher one and take more flavor and product for the same price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Hicimos un pedido de pastel con anticipación para la guardería de mi hija quedaron de llevarlo a las 9:30 am. Llamé a esa hora porque no llegaban y no lo habían hecho!!! No hay personal responsable que en ese momento de una solución satisfactoria. No hay Gerente!!!!
Very poor service. We made a cake order in advance for my daughter's daycare they arranged to bring it at 9:30 am. I called at that time because they did not arrive and they had not! There is no responsible staff that at that time for a satisfactory solution. There is no Manager !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantan sus productos, tienen buen balance en los sabores, hay varias sucursales por toda la ciudad, lo que facilita poder tener una a la mano para comprar lo que busco. También tienen servicio a domicilio por si no quiero salir de casa.
I love their products, they have a good balance of flavors, there are several branches throughout the city, which makes it easy to have one on hand to buy what I'm looking for. They also have home delivery in case I don't want to leave home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy estuve en esta sucursal y pedí un pastel el cual me dieron sin ningún tipo de empaque ni bolsa de papel. Argumentando que ya. No dan bolsas. Que yo sepa esta prohibido dar bolsas de plástico. No de papel. Y les falta mucho surtido pues tampoco tenían velas de chispa. La atención de la encargada bastante fría.!!
Today I was at this branch and I asked for a cake which they gave me without any type of packaging or paper bag. Arguing that already. They do not give bags. As far as I know it is forbidden to give plastic bags. Not paper. And they lack a lot of assortment because they did not have spark candles either. The attention of the manager quite cold. !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi in pastel de 3 leches. Y la verdad seco y nada de leche como en otras oportunidades he ido y está mojado en las 3 leches que mal que bajen la calidad de sus productos. No la recomiendo…
I ordered a 3 milk cake. And the truth is dry and no milk like on other occasions I have been and it is wet in the 3 milks that badly lower the quality of their products. I don't recommend it...
