★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo cuando ya te cobraron y no quedó bien la instalación tardan en ir demasiado y lo peor es que se van pasando el problema entre las personas que contestan el teléfono , chequen bien antes de tomar la desicion en verdad no suelo tener en nada una experiencia así de mal a mi no me duró ni una hora la instalación....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad muy decepcionado por sus distribuidores, compre uno aproximadamente ya 3 meses y no funciona como debe de y nomas no me lo quieren cambiar según ellos vienen le dan una revisada y lo cierran un día y al día siguiente vienen lo abren y si el agua caliente pero se llega la mañana siguiente y el agua totalmente helada muy mal servicio
The truth is very disappointed in its distributors, I bought one for about 3 months and it doesn't work as it should and they just don't want to change it, as they come they give it a check and close it one day and the next day they open it and if the water hot but it arrives the next morning and the water totally ice cold very bad service

Lamentablemente yo no investigué antes de comprar y también me llevé la mala experiencia, ciertamente como comentan las tipas del teléfono te cuelgan para no resolver tu problema, y no es verdad que tienen instaladores capacitados y los que tienen ni fontaneros son, son electricistas, y no te dejan funcionando nada. No se arriesguen a comprar y llevarse mal gusto con toda la gente nefasta del lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio nunca me funciono mis paneles. Pague más de 70,000 pesos y aún me llega 3500 pesos de luz. Nunca responden de echo me bloquearon! Tengo tiempo ya con esto y tendré que ver abogado porque me vendieron un fraude. Aquí dejo fotos de pruebas. Mal servicio y no funcionaron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me instalaron y me dejaron fuga. Pedí que fueran a reparar y hacen caso omiso. Además el instalador cobra extra por cosas que "necesitas" para la instalación pero no va cobrado en la factura.
They installed me and let me leak. I asked for a repair and they ignored it. In addition, the installer charges extra for things that you "need" for the installation but is not charged on the invoice.
