El año pasado a principios de diciembre encargué un horno y me dijeron que llegaría a finales (por el 29), cuando llegó la fecha me dijeron que no llegaría hasta enero y para esas fechas ya tenía encargos, (razón por la que necesitaba el horno) ya en enero (3 de enero) me dijeron que el horno llegaría el 6. Ese día me marca la gerente alegando que mi horno ya NO llegaría pues el precio había subido y no me cobraron el flete desde el principio, además dijo que por mi culpa habían corrido a sus compañeros ? al final me regresaron el dinero pero ese no era el punto, yo quería el horno y ellos no cumplieron con lo establecido! Además debieron haber respetado el precio, pues yo lo aparte, cosa que no hicieron. PÉSIMO, PÉSIMO SERVICIO! Yo no recomiendo comprar aquí! ??
Terrible service!
