No genera los pedidos y por ende el cliente se queda sin servicio
Pareciera que tiene un problema cognitivo ya que le cuesta entender preguntas simples

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No había tenido tanto problema en anteriores pedidos, pero los últimos dos meses se tardaron hasta 6 horas con mi servicio, y solo dicen déjeme checar y le devuelvo la llamada cosa que no pasa y el día de hoy solo con muy mala actitud me dicen es que mi compañero tiene mucho trabajo y no le puedo decir a que hora llega, creo que llego el momento de cambiar de compañía, si no pueden que lo digan desde el momento de llamar, por que solo dicen de hora y media a dos horas y tengo cuatro horas esperando el servicio
