lo que nos quiere decir que despachadores(as) encargados dueño etc
Es un delito que tiene privativa de libertad
Sin derecho a fianza
Sus bombas no cuentan con sellos de profeco
Ni verificación alguna
Así que señores usuarios mucho cuidado con esta gasera

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esto no es la primera vez que me pasa:
1.- llamo un día antes para agendar mi servicio, me ajendan esperándo.
2.- llamo para ver qué pasó, y me dicen que tienen mucha gente y que no van ir, que se les acabó el gas ( o sea no hacen o no tiene una proyección de lo que venden, se les acaba el gas) o la última que hoy no salieron a dar servicio y que si quiero hasta mañana.
3.- en su página de internet dicen que en ciertas zonas tienen terminal y nunca he podido pagar con ella, se enojan si les llegas a decir algo de pago tarjeta.
4.- el señor que atiende por teléfono súper desatento, la chica que luego esta es más atenta pero igual sin interés a su trabajo.
5.-siempre cargo la misma cantidad de gas, hay veces que la misma cantidad me durá 15 días, a veces tres semanas o el mes. si les reclamas algo dicen que les tienes que guardar su récord de 6 llenados, para ver qué pasó y poder meter una aclaración, que si no es así no procede. Que puede ser una fuga de gas, que cómo mi tanque no tiene medidor ellos no pueden saber cuánto le entra! Les quise comprar el medidor y me dieron uno roto y que se veia claramente arrancado de otro tanque.
Para mí pésimo servicio lastima que hayan bajado tanto su calidad. Ya que ellos no tienen la atención de escuchar quejas de clientes mi siguiente queja va dirigida a las autoridades correspondientes.

1.- I call a day before to schedule my service, they are waiting for me.
2.- I call to see what happened, and they tell me that they have a lot of people and that they are not going to go, that they ran out of gas (that is, they do not make or do not have a projection of what they sell, they run out of gas) or the last one that they did not go out to give service today and that if I want until tomorrow.
3.- On their website they say that in certain areas they have a terminal and I have never been able to pay with it, they get angry if you tell them something about card payment.
4.- the man who answers the phone super inattentive, the girl who later is more attentive but still without interest in her work.
5.-I always charge the same amount of gas, sometimes the same amount lasts for 15 days, sometimes three weeks or a month. If you claim something from them, they say that you have to save their record of 6 fillings, to see what happened and to be able to put a clarification, which if not, it does not proceed. That it could be a gas leak, how my tank doesn't have a meter, they can't know how much it goes in! I wanted to buy the meter from them and they gave me a broken one that looked clearly torn from another tank.
For me, it is a shame that they have lowered their quality so much. Since they do not have the attention to listen to customer complaints, my next complaint is directed to the corresponding authorities.
