Y todavía si dicen una empresa de calidad. Peor servicio y no lo digo solo yo si no a los 300 condóminos q nos pasó lo mismo ? After 4 years of service, they change company name and account, without warning they stop sending receipts and still think about surcharges. And still if they say a quality company. Worse service and I'm not just saying it, but to the 300 owners that the same thing happened to us ?

Allá no me dieron ninguna solución y no me permitieron pagar en la oficina aún sabiendo que podía pagar ahí... El servicio es pésimo... Aquí adjunto un documento que me dieron ahí de las opciones para hacer el pago... Volví a mandar whats para ver que podía hacer y de plano ya no contestaron nada. Esto fue en sábado a las 12 del día. Se supone que el servicio es de lunes a domingo... I sent whats, they gave me the number to place orders and when I dialed, they answered me and hung up. That was like 10 times. I sent whats again to see what I could do and they flat out didn't answer anything. This was on Saturday at 12 noon. Service is supposed to be Monday through Sunday...

Como tienen un servicio caótico, informal seguro habra mucha gente y por tanto te dirán que no te podrán atender, así que lleguen con más anticipación, porque ni su horario respetan. Su centro de atención al cliente es un fiasco, nunca contestan, ni el empleado de Global pudo contactarlos... La oficina a parte de desordenada está encerrada, puntos a favor para una fuente de contagio de COVID19 ¡Cuídense y mejor esperar afuera! It says they close at 3pm. As they have a chaotic, informal service, there will surely be a lot of people and therefore they will tell you that they will not be able to attend to you, so arrive earlier, because they do not even respect their schedule. Their customer service center is a fiasco, they never answer, not even the Global employee could contact them... The office, apart from being messy, is locked up, points in favor for a source of COVID19 contagion Take care of yourselves and better wait outside!

La persona que atiende el servicio al cliente te ignora y contesta cuando quiere, no te explica, no te contesta. TODOS en el residencial en donde vivomos han tenido problemas con ellos
R	René Sousanz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es la primera vez que me sucede esto: Hago un pedido con con más de 24 horas de antelación. El servicio se programa para la mañana del día siguiente..... y nada. Llamas para verificar el pedido, y te dicen que ya viene....llega la tarde y nada. Vuelves a llamar y te dicen que si quieres, lo programan para el día siguiente !!! Y te dicen que es lo único que pueden hacer. Falta de seriedad, profesionalismo y compromiso con sus clientes. This is not the first time this has happened to me: I place an order more than 24 hours in advance. The service is scheduled for the morning of the next day... and nothing. You call to verify the order, and they tell you that it's coming... the afternoon arrives and nothing. You call back and they tell you that if you want, they can schedule it for the next day!!! And they tell you it's the only thing they can do. Lack of seriousness, professionalism and commitment to their clients.
