★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como usuario no tienes la certeza de que te cargan el importe que pagas, cuando fui cargue la misma cantidad de dinero que cargo usualmente en otros lugares y el uso fue muy similar al de cada bimestre, resulta que no duro ni la cuarta parte de tiempo comparando con otros lugares. Tardan mucho en cargar tu tanque. No lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son los únicos surtidores en mi localidad, no había tenido ningún problema, buen servicio, pero últimamente me dejan cilindros viejos, hace dos días compré un cilindro de 20, ayer llamé a los bomberos porque olía demasiado a gas, el cilindro tenía una fuga en la parte de abajo. Revisare con más atención y exijo a la empresa mejore la calidad de los cilindros y saquen de circulación los dañados no sólo los pinten ya que ponen en riesgo a los consumidores y a su personal. Sean conscientes de los daños que pueden causar.
They are the only pumps in my town, I had no problems, good service, but lately they have left me with old cylinders, two days ago I bought a cylinder of 20, yesterday I called the fire department because it smelled too much of gas, the cylinder had a leak in the bottom. I will look more closely and I demand that the company improve the quality of the cylinders and remove the damaged ones from circulation, not only paint them as they put consumers and their personnel at risk. Be aware of the damage they can cause.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité servicio de gas en cilindro a domicilio y ME LO NEGARON argumentando que esa zona se la repartieron con otras gaseras y no les toca a ellos, ya hablé a más de 10 gaseras y todos me niegan el servicio con el mismo argumento. Eso se llaman prácticas MONOPOLICAS y ya lo denuncié en la COFECE. Pésimo que estas empresas hagan esas prácticas y nos afecten a los consumidores al esclavizarnos con un mal proveedor que nos tienen cautivos.
I requested gas service in a cylinder at home and they DENIED IT, arguing that that area was shared with other gas companies and it is not their turn, I have already spoken to more than 10 gas companies and they all deny me the service with the same argument. This is called MONOPOLIC practices and I have already reported it to COFECE. It is terrible that these companies carry out these practices and affect us consumers by enslaving us with a bad supplier that has us captive.
