The service is supposed to be until 8 at night and on days it is 7:30 and they already tell you that there is no service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, y la atención del departamento de facturación muy mala la atención que pena por que todo el tiempo estuvo excelente el servicio y ahora me trataron muy mal el personal de facturación y el de la oficina , el asunto fue que hice el consumo de 2000 pesos una pipa para un tanque estacionario como cada mes, y siempre me han facturado en esta ocasión no lo quisieron hacer debido a que la persona que me surtio el gas, no me dejo la nota de consumo y pues obviamente ,la empresa debe de tener todos los datos de los clientes que consecuencia surte su gas en la empresa , por el motivo que sea no tenia esta nota y no me quisieron hacer la factura por un monto aproximado los 2000 pesos. lo cual me parece un delito por que es un vecino de impuestos, al fisco y como todos los ciudadanos pagamos nuestros impuestos, me parece normal que yo pida mi factura cada que hago el consumo del gas sin tener ningún problema hasta esta ultima vez , que pena que por un detalle tan sencillo como este la empresa pierda a un cliente , pero especialmente por la mala atención de su personal no capacitad, con muy poca ética profesional...
