B	Brayan Alexis Ríos Gutiérrez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pedí el servicio me dijeron que durante el transcurso del día les marque por la mañana y les volví a marcar a las 2:30pm después me dijeron que estaba en ruta y volví a marcar 4:40 pm y me dijeron que pasarían en un rato más. Total que no vinieron. Aclaro eso fue ayer y el día de hoy me salen con la misma dinámica y tampoco han venido, no más me dan trabas pero no solución... Terrible service, I asked for the service they told me that during the course of the day I would call them in the morning and I called them again at 2:30 pm later they told me that I was en route and I called again at 4:40 pm and they told me that they would pass by a little more. They totally didn't come. I clarify that it was yesterday and today they leave me with the same dynamic and they have not come either, they just give me obstacles but no solution...

La señorita que toma mi pedido dice Llamarse Brenda y es deplorable la manera en la que toma los pedidos le tube que repetir mi dirección más de 7 veces el primer día ??‍♂️( tengo las capturas de pantalla por que fue a través de watsApp) 5 veces el segundo día ??‍♂️ y 2 veces más el 3er Día. Ella responsabiliza al repartidor Alonso dice ser quien es culpable por no acudir a mi domicilio. Total entre uno y otro no se sabe y uno como cliente 3 días sin servicio de Gas. Hasta ahora... Pesimo servicio hojala algún ejecutivo o jefe pueda leer esto y tome cartas en el asunto. Ya que al parecer no soy el único que tiene este tipo de malas experiencia con el servicio. Quizá sea momento de cambiar personal por algunos más eficientes y competentes. Antes de que se esto escale a la PROFECO. Puesto que no estamos queriendo comprar papas o tortillas. Al ser Gas no se les olvide que se rigen por normas federales.... Tuve la suerte de que le estuvieran surtiendo a mis vecinos de parte de la compañía SoniGas y mejor terminaron ellos dándome el servicio a mi casa también.... Global gas perdiendo clientes por la ineptitud de algunos malos empleados que lastima... I have been requesting the service to refill a stationary tank for 3 days, but they always tell me that they will come during the day and so far nothing. The lady who takes my order says her name is Brenda and it's deplorable the way she takes orders I had to repeat my address more than 7 times the first day ??‍♂️ (I have the screenshots because it was through watsApp ) 5 times on the second day ??‍♂️ and 2 more times on the 3rd day. She blames the delivery man Alonso says he is the one who is guilty for not coming to my home. Total between one and the other is not known and one as a customer 3 days without gas service. Until now... Lousy service, some executive or boss can read this and take action on the matter. Since apparently I'm not the only one who has this kind of bad experience with the service. Perhaps it is time to change staff for some more efficient and competent. Before this is escalated to PROFECO. Since we are not wanting to buy potatoes or tortillas. Being Gas don't forget that they are governed by federal regulations.... I was lucky that they were supplying my neighbors from the SoniGas company and they ended up giving me the service to my house too.... Global gas losing customers due to the ineptitude of some bad employees that hurt...

J	Jared Ray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like the only place to fill up small bbq size propane cylinders. The line when I arrived refected this. The lady filling propane was a machine...and did her best working nonstop. They need another location.
