Excellent attention from Dr. Paczka and his collaborators. The doctor was very kind and attentive to me. He is a professional, in the broad sense of the word, warm, helpful and above all, very human. The studies are carried out for you right there and are very accessible and reliable. They have state-of-the-art equipment. The facilities are quite comfortable and have the proper hygiene measures necessary during this time of pandemic.

The scheduling of appointments is terrible, they schedule several patients at the same time, I had an appointment at 1100 and two hours later I still had not come to the consultation. All the patients in the waiting room extremely upset by the same situation; The doctor may be very good but I would not recommend my acquaintances to go to this clinic, its administrative aspect sucks.

Dr. Paczka and Dr. Ana Ponce saved my eye, performed an emergency trabeculectomy on me, they are an excellent team of professional doctors and with an unparalleled human quality.

The diagnosis of the doctors is quite correct, they have all the necessary equipment to do a good review of your eyes and necessary studies, the facilities are very nice and clean. The parking lot is very small... not many cars fit, however both times I have had a spot without a problem... but I calculate that there is no room for more than 4 or 6 I have attended consultation and for studies. For studies, the attention was very fast and punctual, when paying them, no, but before that. In consultation I had to be attended by Dr. Paczka, I have read a lot of good comments about him, I have no doubt that this is the case, his treatment is friendly and he answers the questions you have at the moment, if you have further questions and send him a message It will take days to respond, try to externalize as many as you can, since he does not have much availability to answer messages. The only thing that I didn't like was the waiting time...I entered the place at the time my appointment was...easy, it took about 3 hours to be seen by the doctor who really only gave me a quick check-up and based on the previous exploration reported by the doctors who assist him, he gave me the diagnosis....but it was a long time to wait, before going with him I would say that they took about 30 minutes in total from those 3 hours to perform the discharge of the file and the examination with a dilated pupil...even so, they made me wait too long....I know that they have many patients...but they should try to respect the times more. In the same way, comment when scheduling that if necessary they could dilate your pupil, if I had not been accompanied I would have wasted time if I had not authorized the dilation, since I spent many hours with teary eyes and blurred vision, that seemed unwise to me who schedules...because time is already too much to be attended to, advise that it is necessary to be accompanied preferably. Also in cash I recommend that they be more agile in attention and be fluid.
