Extremely small and dated lounge, but it’s at least cleaner and less crowded/quieter than the chaos above. Bathrooms are very clean. Staff are super attentive, but they also only speak Spanish, and considering this is a pay for entry “Global Lounge” in an international airport, I was a bit confused. The pre-prepared food options are good enough and tasty, but the to-order tacos gave me food poisoning that lasted for two days. Still, it’s better than the normal waiting area above. If your airline has a club lounge that is open, go there instead.

Very mediocre. First time once been to this lounge and will be the last. The coffee is bad, the chilaquiles in a small bowl! I will make sure to go the the excellent VIP lounge I have always used in th past which is 10x better.

Worst lounge I've ever seen. Food is bland, muffins are moldy, and it's too loud for a place that's supposed to help you relax

Not the best one I have been too but it does it’s job. I love that it’s right next to the United flight makes it so easy to chill there before my flight

Nice little lounge with easy access if you’re carrying your priority pass. It allows you to bring two additional guests at no cost, which is nice, and despite it being small it wasn’t crowded at least at the time of this review (5:47 am). The breakfast options are decent. Just be careful coming down the stairs.

The food is ok, the room small…. But that was fine. The service was not so hood especially to those of us that weren’t white or Spanish speaking. Hiring proper help in an international lounge is so very important.

This lounge is small. It has limited seating. Food options are limited but service is really good. Employees are nice and friendly. Their coffee mug is interesting. I got salad and it was tasty. I also got rice pudding and I didn’t like it much. Their beer options are limited. I got modelo. Employees don’t know English. Using Google translator helps lot.

Food selection is limited and the lounge is smaller and dated but the staff are nice. At 275 pesos to enter (usd $14) it’s better than hanging in the terminal and relatively quiet.
