★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deje a mi mascota con cita agenda desde las 11:00 am. Regrese a las 3 pm para recogerlo y aún no habían empezado a bañarlo, me comentaron que iba a estar listo a las 6 pm. Es ridículo esperar 7 horas por servicio y teniendo mi teléfono no se molestaron por avisar. Pésimo servicio! No me imagino cómo será la atención en el área de Veterinaria.
Leave my pet with an appointment schedule from 11:00 am. I came back at 3pm to pick him up and they hadn't started bathing him yet, they told me it would be ready at 6pm. It is ridiculous to wait 7 hours for service and having my phone not bothered to notify. Terrible service! I can't imagine what the care will be like in the Veterinary area.
