★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No encontre lo que buscaba ya que iba a imprimir y las impresiones salian con una franja amarilla abajo y era problema de ellos ya que por lo regular yo imprimo en casa pero se agotaron los depositos de tinta y tuve que buscar el servicio y ese mis.o docu.enro no salia asi incluso fui a otro centro y todo salio bien, y les pregunte que otra opcion tenian, si acaso tenian una segunda impresora que por lo regular en los centros de copiado hay mas de una y dijeron qie era la unica y esta bien pero nisiquiera buscaron como corregirlo o llamar a soporte, solo me dijeron si las queria llevar asi y por supuesto dije que no y solo se voltearon y siguieron en lo suyo.
I did not find what I was looking for since I was going to print and the prints came out with a yellow stripe below and it was their problem since I usually print at home but the ink tanks ran out and I had to look for the service and that mine. or docu.enro did not come out like that, I even went to another center and everything went well, and I asked them what other option they had, if they had a second printer that usually in the copy centers there is more than one and they said that it was the only one and it's fine but they didn't even look for a way to correct it or call support, they just told me if I wanted to take them that way and of course I said no and they just turned around and continued on their own.
