★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, tienes que ver desde lo lejos la variedad con la que cuentan, pues no se molestan en sacarlos de su aparador para mostrarte los modelos. Se necesitan personas más activas y con ganas de vender.
Terrible attention, you have to see from afar the variety they have, because they do not bother to take them out of their sideboard to show you the models. More active and eager to sell people are needed.

Good attention from the staff, only we were missing a strip of balloons, they did not register it from the beginning but the personalized balloon was beautiful !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No he tenido una buena experiencia, solicite un presupuesto el día viernes al lunes volví a llamar y me dieron otro número para volver a enviar toda la información respecto a mi solicitud, cuando ellos mismos debieron reenviarse la información y darme una respuesta, a la segunda petición me atendieron pero demasiado caro y chafa .....la verdad no la recomiendo
I have not had a good experience, I requested a quote from Friday to Monday, I called again and they gave me another number to resend all the information regarding my request, when they themselves had to resend the information and give me an answer, the second time request they attended me but too expensive and crappy ..... the truth is I do not recommend it
