★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hice un pedido que nunca llegó, no me dieron solución, ni siquiera contestaban mis llamadas o mensajes, lo único que dicen es que “está en ruta”, no recomiendo que compren aquí.
 Terrible service, I made an order that never arrived, they did not give me a solution, they did not even answer my calls or messages, the only thing they say is that "it is on the way", I do not recommend that you buy here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan, realicé un pedido y nunca llegó y nunca me contestaron ni dieron solución a nada.
Edit: el pedido al final llegó 5 horas tarde y no se parecía a lo mostrado en la foto, pero si estaba muy bonito. Entiendo que por 10 de mayo tengan muchos pedidos pero no sé comprometan a llevarlo en un rango de hora si no lo pueden cumplir. Se excusaron diciendo que tuvieron problemas en la producción.
They do not answer, I placed an order and it never arrived and they never answered me or gave me a solution to anything.
Edit: the order in the end arrived 5 hours late and did not look like what is shown in the photo, but it was very nice. I understand that by May 10 they have many orders but I don't know if they can't fulfill it. They excused themselves saying that they had problems in production.
