★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fueron muy atentos, considerados y sobre todo pacientes, tenía problemas con mi banco para hacer el pago pero me esperaron y aunque al final el banco no me resolvió ellos me dieron opciones y así no me fui en ceros.
 They were very attentive, considerate and above all patient, I had problems with my bank to make the payment but they waited for me and although in the end the bank did not solve it for me they gave me options and so I did not leave with zero.

Der Angestellte konnte nicht wirklich gut Englisch und er war nicht in der Lage uns über die Gebühren aufzuklären. Am Schluss zahlten wir rund 15% des Betrags als Gebühren beim Abheben mit der Bankkarte.
Never change money or get money from a card! After you have the luggage, go to the exits and use an ATM.
The clerk didn't speak English very well and he wasn't able to explain the charges to us. In the end we paid around 15% of the amount as fees when withdrawing with the bank card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not exchange money here! The employees speak in low tones and do not fully provide information. The exchange rate for USD here is 15.074 when the market exchange rate is 18-19 (17.7 at the least). That's 1000+ pesos MXN they are eating out of your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not exchange money here. They undervalue your currency. Always exchange at bank or border exchange house. Google local exchange rates first. I just lost $80 us on a $400 transaction. Beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Globo cambió exchange office at the mexico city airport. Total scam, beware. When the rate right outside of the customs is 19.00 for 1 USD, they exchanged mine with 16.46. Avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid, pick up your luggage and go through customs as there are many exchanges with better rates right there.
Their USD rate was 16 while after customs was 19 so basically they make USD 20$ and you get 80$ worth of pessos if you exchange USD 100$. My mistake I didn't research.
