Globo San Miguel Tours - 37700 San Miguel de Allende

The entire experience was wonderful. It was very exciting and would definitely do it again. We bought the breakfast package and the Rosewood hotel is bougee and top of the line. However, since we had gotten breakfast through the tour it seemed they wanted us to finish breakfast quickly and the table given to us wasn't a personal space and it appeared that they were more concerned about the hotel patrons. Towards the end of the breakfast many waiters/waitresses passed us by without asking us if we needed anything else. I finally flagged one of them down and asked for more coffee, we waited for almost 10 minutes and he did not return. We got up and left a $2 tip?‍♂️. I understand. We we're not staying at the hotel but we did pay for breakfast so we think the service could have been better. With that said Globos San Miguel Tour was excellent, next time I'll get breakfast elsewhere.

Did this awesome sun rise excursion with friends in San Miguel. You float over all of downtown and land in a field close to the lake with an easy pick up and drop off from The Rosewood. The experience was beautiful and fun, and it was lovely to see the city from a new perspective. I would highly recommend it!

What a fabulous birthday gift I could give my husband. He LOVED it! We soared and enjoyed everything about our experience. The pilot, staff, concierge services and transportation were all first class. It was safe and the equipment was top notch. Bravo, Globo!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Globo. The hosts and the pilots were amazing, and both our host and pilot were English-speaking. The day started with coffee and a snack at the lovely Rosewood. We were in the air shortly after, and my friends and I loved every minute of it! Floating over beautiful San Miguel de Allende was magical. We opted for the breakfast at Rosewood and it was such a treat (and the food was wonderful). It was my birthday, and all-in-all, it was a perfect day!

A fantastic experience that provides breath taking views of San Miguel. Would do this every time we visit this charming city. The service was A+++ great.

I love the experience to fly in the hot air balloon. However! The service is questionable. Once we booked our flight they weren’t very professional. We had to figure out what to do and what we were getting for what we paid for. There were no instructions given to us and they lied saying they emailed and called us. We did get an email confirmation that we paid but they said our email was incorrect. Huh? They had us arrive at 5:30 but people were arriving at 6am. They had coffee, juice, pan dulce at the Rosewood but never told us. We ate a quick breakfast at home not knowing. Very annoying!!! Be prepared to just float in one spot for the majority of the flight.

Had a great time with Globo San Miguel. They were very professional. When we arrived, coffee and pastries were provided which was much appreciated. Everything felt very organized, and the balloon ride was on time, felt safe, and we had beautiful sunrise views. Would recommend if you're in San Miguel!

A well organized affair. Early morning coffee, juice and pastries at the pickup point of the Rosewood hotel then to the soccer field where at least five guys were getting the ballon up. We “flew” for 50 minutes over San Miguel- a magical experience landed out towards the lakes and got in the van which took us back to the starting point - when you see what’s involved well worth the money
