Solicite un arreglo con ciertas especificaciones y me mandaron uno todo diferente, que ami gusto estaba super feo y de menor precio.
Cuando hable, si la persona que me atendio fue muy amable sin embargo me comento que no me podía llevar el pedido faltante porque tenían agenda llena (cosa que se entiende) sin embrago me regresaría unicamente la tarifa diferencial.
Le comentaba que queria el reembolso completo porque lo que me dejaron ni era lo que pedi, estaba bien feo y no regalaría algo asi, y del reembolso no podría cubrir otro arreglo en otro lado. A lo que me dijeron lo siento solo te podemos dar eso. Ni el envío me regresaron porque pues la vuelta "si la hicieron", mal pero la hicieron.
No se como subir las fotos sino les mostraba la diferencia de mi pedido.
This time my experience was not very good.
I requested an arrangement with certain specifications and they sent me a completely different one, which to my taste was super ugly and of a lower price.
When I spoke, if the person who attended me was very kind, however, he told me that he could not take the missing order because they had a full agenda (which is understood), however, he would only return the differential rate to me.
I told him that I wanted a full refund because what they left me was not what I asked for, it was very ugly and I would not give something like that, and the refund could not cover another arrangement elsewhere. To what they told me, I'm sorry, we can only give you that. Neither the shipment returned to me because then the return "if they did it", badly but they did it.
I do not know how to upload the photos but I showed them the difference of my order.
