★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The memorial sits in the center yet below a busy elevated roundabout, at first you’ll find it confusing to navigate but there are paths that lead below the elevated roundabout to the memorial. Along side the memorial is a metro station as well as a connecting bus station, so it’s busy with pedestrians commuters racing to go about their day. I visited at night which I found that the memorial was quite dark, noticed the lights poles were not on, don’t know why but with many people around one may find themselves wondering if it’s safe. I didn’t experience any issues but that didn’t stop me from watching my surroundings as I explored.
