★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente es bueno peeeero no saben hacer cortes fui dos veces únicamente a que me emparejaran el largo y lo dejaron todo chueco, unos pedazo largos y otros más pequeños cortos, terrible experiencia, en aplicación de gelish es lo mismo.
The customer service is good, but they don't know how to make cuts. I went twice only to have the length matched and they left everything crooked, some long pieces and other smaller short pieces, a terrible experience, in the application of gelish it's the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace algunos días acudí a éste lugar para hacerme un pedicure, me gustó mucho el trabajo aunque en la lista de precios decía $200 y al pagar me dijeron que ya habían actualizado sus precios y que el costo real era de $250, les comenté que el precio publicado era otro pero al final para no discutir, les pagué los $250, dijeron que cambiarían la lista de precios pero hasta el día de hoy sigue exactamente igual, eso me parece un robo y abuso para los clientes, estás cosas se deben supervisar por parte de la Profeco!!
A few days ago I went to this place to get a pedicure, I really liked the work, although the price list said $200 and when I paid they told me that they had already updated their prices and that the real cost was $250, I told them that the price published was another but in the end not to argue, I paid them the $250, they said they would change the price list but to this day it remains exactly the same, that seems to me a robbery and abuse for customers, these things must be supervised by of the Prophet!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no saben hacer su trabajo, me tusaron todo el cabello y me lo maltrataron al cortarlo en seco, tengan mucho cuidado porque aquí te hacen pasar una muy mala experiencia además de que no cobran nada barato y es un trabajo mal hecho
Terrible service, they don't know how to do their job, they tore all my hair and mistreated it by cutting it dry, be very careful because here they make you have a very bad experience, besides they don't charge anything cheap and it's a job poorly done

The guy that was there told me they would have to bleach it so i can have the purple i wanted n gave me a price of $900 pesos he said I didnt need to make an appointment I could just walk in. So I decided to go acouple days later n the price went from $900 to $2500 pesos. The guy at the counter i guess he was the owner gave me a coupon for some gel nails said after the 5th or 4th it was free the first little box was checked when I didnt even do my nails I didnt have no type of manicure. I was confused so I asked him 2500? His like yes because we had to bleach your hair n because of the color they added thats why he was charging me 2500. For that price i could have gone to a 5 start salon. When the lady was dying my hair she kept saying my hair was real long so I got a hint that she would charge me more but how do you go from $900 to $2500. Plus the purple didnt even last 2 days n there was parts of my hair that had blond spots. I do not recommend this beauty salon
