★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A limited but sufficient menu of local flavors and toppings, many of them available without dairy, colorants, or other additives. Welcome during the hot Oaxacan afternoons. The staff---who are all kind and attentive---are deaf or otherwise hearing impaired so don't be alarmed if they aren't immediately aware of your entry. Orders are communicated by writing. In addition to ice cream and a few other snack items, woodcuts by local hearing impaired artists available for purchase in store.

The owner is so friendly and lets you sample some flavours of you have a hard time deciding.
They have some nice different flavours and combos.
Tried a few different and all was very tasty. My favourite was fried banana. Yes, you heard right. Fried banana ice cream ?

The staff was very sweet and I find it such a great initiative to support people that are deaf in that way.
It was very easy to communicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the most DELICIOUS ice cream I've ever had! So creamy, and the flavor was amazing. I got platano frito. I wish I could have this every day. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10!
