★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un gimnasio muy grande y bien acondicionado con instructores y muchos aparatos es muy bueno, y abre desde las 5 de la mañana, en lo personal es muy bonito, lo malo es el estacionamiento que es muy limitado en las calles aledañas, el personal que atiende es muy atento amable y de muy buen humor, sonriente, en general es muy bueno lo recomiendo, esta muy cerca de la estación periférico oriente de la linea 12 o dorada y muy cerca de la avenida Tlahuac, el equipo es de lo mejor, volver a probar la clase de spining

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen gimnasio, es grande, siempre esta limpio, tienes suficientes aparatos y de todo tipo. La afluecia de gente se da en algunos horarios, por lo regular de 7pm a 9pm. Las regaderas estan bien acondicionadas, hay lookers y su renta es muy barata. Los instructores son muy atentos y siempre estan pendiente de tus actividades, así que si nunca has ido a un gimnasio ten la confianza de que te brindaran una atención personalizada. El personal en general es muy amable y se genera un buen ambiente.
Very good gym, it is big, it is always clean, you have enough devices and of all kinds. The influx of people occurs in some hours, usually from 7pm to 9pm. The showers are well equipped, there are lookers and their rent is very cheap. The instructors are very attentive and are always aware of your activities, so if you have never been to a gym, be confident that they will give you personalized attention.
