Cómo siempre excelente servicio si algún carro falla de algo van hasta donde estes. A mi me lo cambiaron sin problema. La verdad es la segunda vez que rento con ellos y todo excelente. Esta ocasión llegue al aeropuerto de Cozumel y me recibieron con el carro literal afuera del aeropuerto excelente servicio.

Nous avons loué une voiture avec Alex de GM Rental pendant 4 jours à Cozumel. Nous avons opté pour un modèle simple et pas cher mais il y a d'autres choix. La procédure de location est très simple et rapide avec possibilité de payer en carte bancaire sans frais. En quelques minutes, nous sommes répartis au volant di véhicule. Il n'y a aucun frais caché au retour du véhicule. Le prix payé est le prix final. Alex parle parfaitement anglais et est disponible pour répondre à nos questions sur WhatsApp. Vraiment une adresse à recommander, à 3 minutes à pied de l'arrivée du ferry.

These guys were awesome. We’re rented a scooter for the day for $15 usd. We had a tight schedule coming in from the ferry and they were ready for us. We were in rush and they got us in and out in 10 mins. Would highly recommend!

Really awful experience over the 5 days my boyfriend and I did business with this place. We went there to rent a buggy, they told us $1300 pesos per day including “complete” insurance. When they gave us the buggy it was rusted throughout, dirty, even the gas pedal was missing, so we refused it. Then they offered us a Chevy for the same price. It was really beat up and old, worn tires etc, but we wanted to get on with our day so we accepted. We noticed after the first day that the steering alignment was very out of whack, the car veered to the right constantly. Then by day 3 the brakes started failing (!!). We took it back immediately and received our third vehicle in 4 days, an old Nissan. The check engine light was on but they dismissed it. On the first day driving, we discover the transmission is completely shot, but we had one more day on the island and so made the most of it. On our last day, my boyfriend knicks a curb while parking and gets a flat tire - no surprise given the state the tires were in - and upon calling the shop they tell him to drive it back - so much for roadside assistance. Then when he gets there they claim he has “ruined” the wheel by driving it back (at their direction). They tried to extort him for $1700 pesos, suddenly the complete insurance we paid for is collision only, they’re complaining about sand in the car (on a beach island), making all kinds of excuses and demands. When my boyfriend protested, they called the police (!!) in an attempt to intimidate him. Finally after much back and forth, we concede to a fair price to pay for the tire (again, the insurance was a scam), we ask for the slip with our credit card information back, and THEY LOST IT. At almost $65 USD a day, save yourself the trouble and go with a reputable company - it will cost the same and you’ll get trustworthy vehicles and service.

Alex was so informative, friendly and helpful about the bike and insurance. The rental comes with a helmet and also he is available 24/7 if you need assistance, that really made me feel safe and I appreciated the excellent customer service. I will rent again and recommend to friends. Scooters are so much fun on the island, easy to get around and visit fun places.
