★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo no sé si es en general con todos, pero en mi caso el servicio fue poco menos que pésimo.
Acordamos una fecha de entrega de un trabajo de bordado urgente de playeras, gorras y sudaderas, con una hora específica porque tenían que estar a tiempo para irse a un evento especial. Me entregaron ocho horas tarde y el costo por eso practimente duplicó los gastos, me avisaron por teléfono la mañana del mismo día de la entrega que no me iban a entregar a tiempo siendo que tuvieron todo el fin de semana y un lunes para hacerlo y me lo cobraron como urgente.
Acordamos colores y le entregué los diseños y me entregaron en negro que ni al caso.
El señor que se presentó conmigo como responsable, O. Galindo, nunca se apareció para aclarar la situación.
El trabajo no fue malo, pero fue muy impuntual, y el costo-beneficio fue pésimo.
Se puede recomendar para trabajos no urgentes y en dónde blos colores del bordado no importen tanto.

We agreed on colors and I gave him the designs and they delivered me in black which was not the case.
The man who appeared with me as the person in charge, O. Galindo, never appeared to clarify the situation.
The work was not bad, but it was very unpunctual, and the cost benefit was terrible.
It can be recommended for non-urgent work and where the embroidery colors do not matter so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, pésimo servicio. De verdad ya no vayan a éste lugar... 1 de 10 hacen bien... Ya van 2 veces que voy a hacer trabajos y en las 2 ocasiones mandan lo que quieren, no respetan los colores de bordado que tú pides y nunca te dan solución de nada...
Terrible place, lousy service. They really don't go to this place anymore ... 1 out of 10 they do well ... They go 2 times that I'm going to do work and on 2 occasions they send what they want, they don't respect the embroidery colors that you ask for and they never give you they give a solution to anything ...

Mande a hacer unos uniformes y NO ENTREGAN A TIEMPO,
Me hicieron ir fácil más de 3 veces que porque ya las tenían y PURAS MENTIRAS! Juegan con el tiempo de uno!
Mande a hacer 200 batas , solo me entregaron 100 y con una costura en la parte de atrás, ellos sabían que se iba a imprimir en la parte trasera y entregaron cochinadas , ahora tuve que volver a invertir en esas batas
No son nada serios, no entregan en tiempo y forma y tienes que estarlos correteando si quieres factura,
NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA! Ahórrense el coraje :)

I had some uniforms made and they DON'T DELIVER ON TIME,
They made me go easy more than 3 times than because they already had them and PURE LIES! They play with one's time!
I had 200 gowns made, they only gave me 100 and with a seam on the back, they knew it was going to be printed on the back and they delivered filthy things, now I had to invest in those gowns again
They are not serious at all, they do not deliver in a timely manner and you have to be running around if you want an invoice,
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING! Save your courage :)
