Very bad service, they really have no word, the management is on a parapet, they cannot do anything to shame such good facilities and with such inefficient staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado con esta agencia si les declinan su financiamiento porque para que les regresen su dinero es un calvario. Llevo 3 vueltas con fechas que ellos mismos dan y no cumplen. Hoy al parecer no me lo daran y llegare a un cuarto intento. Molesto a mas no poder!
Be careful with this agency if they decline your funding because getting your money back is an ordeal. I've been around 3 times with dates that they give and don't meet. Today it seems they will not give it to me and I will make a fourth attempt. Annoying as hell!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio con los Asesores de Venta, te piden dinero, entregando te comprobantes falzos del efectivo entregado, para el auto financiamiento, te piden 15 días para entregarte un vehículo y se corre el plazo de 4 meses cumplidos , después te amenazan y te amedrentan , no son serios con su trabajo.
Bad service with the Sales Advisors, they ask you for money, delivering you proof of the cash delivered, for the auto financing, they ask you for 15 days to deliver a vehicle and they run for 4 months, then they threaten and intimidate you, They are not serious with their work.

Amo mi SUV pero me la entregaron con una manguera rota, me hicieron pagar un anticipo aparte de mi enganche para apartar un color que no tenían y nunca llego, mi contrato me lo mandaron incompleto, mi póliza está duplicada y mis datos bancarios para la domiciliación de mis pagos están totalmente incorrectos y le hicieron el primero cobro a quien sabe quien. Si piensan comprar una biuck se las recomiendo pero por favor vayan a otra agencia, el personal es amable pero les falta toda la experiencia, no saben resolver ni dar respuesta y no tiene las ganas. Omitiria la estrella pero no te deja avanzar. Terrible experiencia.
The worst agency of all !!! I love my SUV but they gave it to me with a broken hose, they made me pay an advance aside from my down payment to set aside a color that they did not have and I never arrive, my contract was sent to me incomplete, my policy is duplicated and my bank details for direct debit of my payments are totally incorrect and they made the first charge to who knows who. If you are thinking of buying a biuck I recommend it to you but please go to another agency, the staff is friendly but they lack all the experience, they do not know how to solve or give an answer and they do not have the desire. I would skip the star but it won't let you advance. Terrible experience.
