Hablé por teléfono al número de la sucursal y me respondió la misma persona diciendo que el horario de atención era hasta las 22:00 hrs. Regrese a la sucursal y nuevamente me negó el servició. Como sugerencia pueden indicar que el horario para atención al público es hasta las 9:45 en sus redes y el letrero que tienen en sucursal Cobá.
