★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasta la atención de sus empleados. Se les pidió que me consiguieran un producto en otra tienda donde si lo había y se negaron a llevar a cabo dicha operación. Cuando la noche anterior me corroboraron los empleados de otra sucursal, que este método de comprar y localizar el producto es un servicio que por atención a los clientes se lleva acabo. Les falta muchísima capacitación a los empleados de dicha sucursal. Lastima porque somos un sector que compra demasiados productos de la marca.

The employees of that branch lack a lot of training. Too bad because we are a sector that buys too many brand products.
