Me hicieron doble cobro, me comuniqué con ellos y dicen que van a checar después y enseguida me llaman (no lo hacen), vuelvo a llamar y dicen que ellos ya hicieron el reembolso (espero días, no se refleja en mi cuenta :(, vuelo a llamar y dicen que yo debo arreglar el asunto con el banco. ¿Compré producto al banco o con ustedes? Pésimo servicio.
Bad service, supposedly your terminal fails. They double-charged me, I contacted them and they say they will check later and then they call me (they don't), I call again and they say they already made the refund (I hope days, it is not reflected in my account :(, flight to call and they say that I must fix the matter with the bank. Did I buy product from the bank or with you? Terrible service.
