Si llamas al número en internet te darán la información que necesites (si no te lo dan a la primera, llama varias veces hasta que te atienda un asesor (a) amable.
They are not attending, nor do they give assistance even if there are people in the facilities since the previous year due to a pandemic.
If you call the number on the internet they will give you the information you need (if they do not give it to you the first time, call several times until you are attended by a friendly advisor.

The worst insurer in the world. Never hire them. They look for any excuse not to answer for the policy, they are rude and despotic. I do not recommend it at all. I tell you from experience.
