Al regresar el lunes 30 nuevamente el guardia que atiende me comentó que no habia personal; sin embargo, de ahí marqué al call center de GNP y me dijeron que había personal ahí que ellos no tenían conocimiento de que está oficina estuviera cerrada o sin personal. Después de estar hablando con el call center de GNP el guardia me dijo que aún había personal en la oficina que el no observó y que me atenderían. Después de esta novela es importante que el personal que labora para las aseguradoras sede cuenta que si acudimos a las oficinas en fin de año es por trámites de seguros que tenemos contratados que requerimos y de ninguna manera vamos a perder el tiempo o a hacer a ellos que lo pierdan. Finalmente, la persona que me atendió fue muy amable y me ayudó a realizar el trámite de SGMM que requería. En todo momento la gente de GNP me ha estado atendiendo y está pendiente de mi caso. Otra área de oportunidad es el edificio en donde se encuentra GNP, por fuera está deteriorado y lleno de palomas ya ni les cuento cómo está la entrada y las escaleras fatal!!! Finally, the person who greeted me was very friendly and helped me make the process of requiring SGMM. At all times people have been treating me GNP and my case is pending. Another area of opportunity is the building where GNP is, outside is run down and full of pigeons and not tell them how is the entrance and stairs fatal !!!
E	Enedelia Tostado Salas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia que nos tocó es tan desagradable el fallecimiento de una tia viuda que tenía un seguro con esta compañia cuya póliza era desde 1994 a 2014 mas sin embargo el agente cobrador o como se llame venia año por año a recoger el pago que era mas de 2,500 anual y resulta que no estaba dada de alta ya en el sistema fraudeee! El ahente vendedor Lic. Arturo Diaz Pérez ojala la compañía tome cartas en el asunto y no este defraudando a mas personas. The experience that touched us is so unpleasant the death of a widowed aunt who had insurance with this company whose policy was from 1994 to 2014 but nevertheless the collecting agent or whatever it is called came year by year to collect the payment that was more than 2,500 per year and it turns out that she was not already registered in the fraud system! Aunque si quieres renovar un seguro es preferible hacerlo en la oficina donde lo hayas contratado por primera vez. Estacionamiento con pocos lugares disponibles. When we tried to reach them to review our coverage, phone number was changed and the email we sent was returned!!! We called GEICO and they connected us with GNP finally! We paid for another year so fingers crossed that they are a bonafide insurer.
