★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son una empresa que hace cansar a la gente. Aunque uno tenga todo en regla les juegan sucio. El ministerio de transporte debería prohibir este tipo de aseguradoras. Y meter una ley en el congreso de que respeten con ética su labor y si no que se penalice con la expulsión del estado.
They are a company that makes people tired. Even if you have everything in order, they play dirty. The transport ministry should ban these types of insurers. And introduce a law in Congress that they respect their work ethically and if not, that it be penalized with expulsion from the state.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal al personal de telemarketing les recomiendo no ser tan despotas, ya que se molestan y hablan de mal forma, y por parte del seguro pues solo hacen perdwr tiempo, llevos dos meses y no me dan solucion de mi motocicleta, el taller me manda con ellos y ellos con el taller.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor atención a clientes que se puede recibir de una aseguradora. 3 líneas telefónicas y ninguna responden en todo el día. Se solicita una factura y tardan 15 días para atenderla vía correo, cuando ellos te piden que la solicites de esa manera. Aún cuando no te responden por correo, tienes que asistir personalmente para exigirles. Y no peor con eso te dicen que los correos no funcionan que por ello no te pudieron atender. Pesimo la verdad.
The worst customer service you can get from an insurance company. 3 phone lines and none answer all day. An invoice is requested and they take 15 days to attend it via mail, when they ask you to request it that way. Even when they do not respond to you by mail, you have to attend personally to demand them. And no worse with that they tell you that the emails do not work that is why they could not attend you. I really feel bad.
