M	Melissa Elenes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes, está empresa es un fraude, aproximadamente hace tres meses mi padre venía de Guamuchil hacia Culiacán cuando un conductor ebrio (cliente de esta aseguranza) invadió el carril contrario causando que el la camioneta cayera hacia la terracería haciendo que la camioneta la cual era considerada una joya por su antigüedad diera varias vueltas dejando a mi padre con varias heridas internas, aprovecho el espacio para mencionar que el conductor entro a la fuga, sin preocuparse si mi padre seguía con vida, gracias al apoyo de personas presentes pudieron detenerlo con esfuerzos, dió su palabra en hacerse responsable y llamaron a un miembro de la aseguranza para que se encargará del trámite, mi padre confío en esta empresa, la cual fue un grave error, llevaron el carro en un taller el cual hoy en día sigue ahí, quedaron formalmente en continuar el caso el cual fue una vil mentira, al llamar nos negaron la atención, el caso de mi padre no le dieron seguimiento, hemos llamado más de 10 ocasiones para ser ignorados, más de 300 mil esos tenía de valor, ¿Dónde está su profesionalismo? No dejaré de luchar hasta que se haga justicia, analisen mi caso y vean el tipo de empresa que es, una organización de estafadores. Pero para eso están las aseguradoras para ver cómo te friegan el día. Horrible place, they never have time.
