★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a este lugar para el servicio de dos bicicletas infantiles. Las personas encargadas siempre muy atentas y el servicio brindado fue muy bueno. Me pareció que también dan servicio a bicicletas profesionales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me salvaron la vida xD se me poncho la bici por esa zona y me atendieron bastante bien. Cabe destacar que no hay agencias por ahi y ademas el horario esta excelente para la banda que recien sale de chambear.
Se la rifaron, gracias totales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido en 4 ocasiones los días sábados a esta tienda y la he encontrado cerrada aún cuando en su horario de Google Maps y en Casa POLAR está especificado que se abre en sábado. Lo cuál me resulta muy molesto puesto que soy de la ciudad de Querétaro y he ido en los horarios que están en Internet.
I have been to this store on 4 occasions on Saturdays and I have found it closed even when in your Google Maps and Casa POLAR schedule it is specified that it opens on Saturday. Which is very annoying to me since I am from the city of Querétaro and I have been in the hours that are on the Internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debería haber la opción de poner cero estrellas para poder describir el tan nefasto y pésimo recibido como en este caso, ya que llevé mi reloj polar para reparación, según algo simple para cambiarle una pieza, ya después me salieron que aparte era otra cosa total tuve que pagar mucho más y según ya listo para enviármelo me daban mil excusas y no me enviaban nada, tuve que meter una queja en Polar de México para que me ayudaran con mi situación, total después me enviaron el reloj pero resultó que no era realmente el que yo les dejé y no trabaja bien, se desconfigura de repente y la sincronización por bluetooh no funciona cosa que no pasaba con mi equipo original y la verdad por el servicio recibido no me quedaron ganas de solicitarles nada, estaba muy feliz con polar pero si voy a recibir este servicio de plano mejor me cambio de marca. Mal muy mal...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen bicicletas de buena calidad, los precios son variados. El trato muy amable. Parece que está cerrado ya que mantienen la puerta cerrada así que cuando lleguen toquen. Compré una bicicleta usada pero en muy buen estado y me gustó que el costo incluye el mantenimiento de esta y me regalaron otro mantenimiento.
They have good quality bikes, the prices are varied. The very friendly treatment. It seems that it is closed since they keep the door closed so when they arrive knock. I bought a used bike but in very good condition and I liked that the cost includes the maintenance of it and they gave me another maintenance.
