This was the most convenient rental experience I’ve ever had. They brought the car to me. Amazing considering the agent took the bus back to his offices. I offered to drive him but he said that wasn’t necessary. And he was willing to meet me at the airport terminal to return the car. The price given included insurance and it’s all I was charged. And my deposit was returned promptly. I will definitely use this company any time I need a car in the cancun area.

I will never rent from this company again. Everything was great until we returned the vehicle. If you decide to rent from here, get a video of the entire car plus underneath the vehicle. I have never seen a rental company check the undercarriage of a car when checking for damage, so I did not think to get a footage of the underbody & was charged for scratches that could have been there when I picked up the car. They did not even inspect or mark the underbody when I picked up the car, which makes me feel like they were looking for a reason to charge me additional money when I returned the vehicle. The car we were given already had a lot of damage like both bumpers were coming a part and there were plenty of scratches on the vehicle. It also sounded like something was going wrong with the engine & the car would shake if driving over 100KM. It’s really unfortunate we had that experience.

Excellent choice for car rental. Staff is super friendly. Car was very clean. Picked up and dropped off at airport. They fully explain all rates and policies to you. Would 100% rent from this company again!
