Go holbox transfers - 77310 Holbox

I asked really nice for an offer with one stop almost on the way (26 Minutes extra driving). As Google Maps says direct is 2:14 and with one Stop it’s 2:40. Pictures attached. This company tries to fool you. And make you look dumb. Saying you can not read Google maps. What she did not understand that’s on the way (not back and forth) and sad it’s 1h extra. Not sure if she was not intelligent enough or want to make more money on us. Result: They could not offer us an combined transfer. Only two separate ones. And on top of that she’s been really unfriendly with me, I only asked for the best option possible. And her response was, if you can not effort it go somewhere else. For this small modification of the route (26 min). They still wanted an extra transfer for they’re 55$. Unbelievable! For all the transfers we needed we would have spent 360$. Just because they are to money oriented. And would make as an nice offer or not even that. Just organize one combine transfer instead of two. They now make no money at all.

I picked this company to take 17 of us from Cancun to Holbox and back again a few days later. This required two vans. The responses were quick and we even changed one of the drop off locations. I would use this company next time as well. Very easy to work with and they always showed up on time.

Excellent experience. I missed my flight and they obliged to move my airport pick up to next day. I changed my return date (24 hrs before pickup) and they organized that as well. Really honest company. If they can accommodate a request, they do it :) One suggestion I have is: please have a bottle of water available for guests. Especially after a long flight, this would be super nice.

Paid our deposit, received confirmation with airport pickup instructions and nobody arrived to take us to Chiquila. Waited at the airport for an hour having received no return calls, no return email, no return WhatsApp messages. After paying an absorbent taxi fee, goholxtransfers accused me of never having paid my deposit, which I clearly had. They attempted damage control once they realized I stopped trying to contact them. Today I received a refund to my PayPal account. Don't let this company scam you Good enough Don't let this company scam you.

My first experience with Go Holbox was EXCELLENT!! Stephanie was very professional, accommodating and polite from the moment I reached out to her. She and I stayed in direct contact with one another from start to finish. The round trip cost was absolutely fair. The drivers were both on time, professional, courteous and accommodating, 5 Stars to them. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. I gotta say these guys came through for me, even when they didn't have to. They were fully booked and their contact person helped me get another car with a driver for the same price. She was able to accommodate even when my flight got canceled and my plans changed. She put my mind at ease and took care of me.

I highly recommend Go Holbox Transfers. The communication was excellent from the time we booked until we were at our airplane going home. We rescheduled the pickup time for our private van 3 times while on our vacation in Holbox and each time they were more than happy to accomodate us. The pickup from the ferry point was seamless, the driver (Frank) friendly and the ride uneventful. Great experience!

Go Holbox transfers was easy to use and payment was simple. However, when you are looking for your transfer at the airport be sure you are looking for a sign with your name and not a Go Holbox sign. It took us a bit of time to find our driver. After that it was all a breeze! The airport driver actually takes you to the long haul driver. We met him at a Starbucks. We were very hungry after our flight so the driver took us to a gas station that had empanadas so we could have some food for the drive. Everything went exactly as expected and the communication from the office was superb. I highly recommend using them for your transfers.
