If I could put no stars I would this was a complete scam! I booked two excursions thru them the first was supposed to be a scuba diving and luxury sailing . After the driver had already left we were informed that the scuba diving was canceled and ask if we wanted to proceed. At this point we had no choice and so my wife and I paid $250 for a boat ride to the island. The second excursion was the Chichen Deluxe. That totaled $279 for two people. The booking agent did not inform us that this would be a 6 hour round trip. We had to find this out from someone else at the resort. When I contacted them about cancelling they informed me that I was out of the 24 hour window. I understand this but I have horrible motion sickness that a 3 hour car ride each way is impossible. I was told I could reschedule for a Tuesday but was unable to cancel the booking without loosing my money. I would have never booked this promotion if I was informed of the length of the car ride. This is very misleading and should be fixed.
