★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta Julio del 2021, era el Mejor GoMart que he visitado. El Café es estupendo. La maquina del café no la encuentro en ningún otro lado.
Después del cambio de gerencia (de hecho, creo que ya no hay gerente ni supervisores) el servicio es terrible, largas filas para pagar, no respetan la tarjeta puntada, no me hacen el descuento por el café y para ordenar sandwiches a veces se les olvida o me dejan esperando y atienden a otras personas que estaban después de mi.
Ahora ya no veo un Gerente o supervisores. Lo único que veo es a un empleado que no hace nada mas que seguir a los clientes como si estuviera cuidando que no se roben nada.
Era un gusto que el equipo de la Gerencia anterior a Julio 2021 siempre estaban atentos, resolviendo y cuidando de que el cliente esté satisfecho.
Voy a admitir que hay una o dos empleados actualmente que siempre desempeñan un buen trabajo, pero en general, ha decaído mucho la atención al cliente.
Until July 2021, it was the Best GoMart I have ever visited. The Cafe is great. I can't find the coffee machine anywhere else.
After the change of management (in fact, I think there is no manager or supervisors) the service is terrible, long lines to pay, they do not respect the stitch card, they do not give me the discount for coffee and to order sandwiches sometimes they are forget or leave me waiting and attend to other people who were after me.
Now I no longer see a Manager or supervisors. The only thing I see is an employee who does nothing more than follow customers as if he is taking care that nothing is stolen.
It was a pleasure that the Management team prior to July 2021 were always attentive, solving and taking care that the client is satisfied.
I'll admit that there are one or two employees these days who always do a good job, but overall, customer service has declined a lot.
