D	Dennis Cortes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me vendieron un tour a Chichén Itzá y me dijeron que me recogerían en un camión de lujo y no fue así, fue una camioneta sprinter a la cual le fallaba el aire acondicionado, no completamente pero éramos casi 20 personas sin un buen aire acondicionado en un clima como el de dicho lugar. Después cayó una tormenta y el agua se metió a la cabina y nos mojamos porque se filtró. Por lo cual puse una queja y muy amablemente me compensaron sus errores. They sold me a tour to Chichén Itzá and they told me that they would pick me up in a luxury truck and it was not like that, it was a sprinter truck with the air conditioning failing, not completely but we were almost 20 people without a good air conditioning in a weather like that of that place. Then a storm fell and the water got into the cabin and we got wet because it leaked. So I made a complaint and they kindly compensated me for their mistakes.

Un señor con problemas de visión (ojos no alineados), nos inventó golpes y demás cosas que el auto ya tenía, por suerte teníamos algunos en video y pudimos refutarlos, pero después nos dimos cuenta que lo que quería era dinero, nos cobró 150 por alegar que estaba muy sucio. Un joven como de 1.70, con lentes, moreno y bigote, le siguió la corriente. Se que no es una cantidad significativa, pero la verdad no se siente uno bien. A la siguiente vez que vayamos, preguntaré antes si el señor nos atenderá, si es así, no les rentaremos nunca más.
