★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron después de la 1 PM, sin cita, me recibieron muy cordiales solo que al momento que al pasar a ventanilla, la atención fue más a fuerza que de gusto por servir. Fui el pasado jueves y tengo que regresar el lunes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una lastima el servicio de esta oficina recaudadora, en la ultima visita nos solicitaron documentos que no son necesarios para tramitar un plaqueo. Desafortunadamente no hubo personal que revisara los documentos que se llevaban y por ese pequeño detalle se perdió una hora de espera. Habrá que dar otra vuelta, espero no haya de nuevo tantas trabas.
A shame for the service of this collection office, on the last visit they asked us for documents that are not necessary to process a plaque. Unfortunately there were no personnel to review the documents that were taken and for that small detail an hour of waiting was lost. We will have to take another turn, I hope there are not so many obstacles again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad de servidores públicos tanto en el trato como la atención. 3 veces me han regresado dándome diferentes motivos para dar de baja un vehículo y lo peor de todo que no saben comunicar el problema y no tienen empatía con el contribuyente.
Poor quality of public servants both in treatment and care. 3 times they have returned giving me different reasons to cancel a vehicle and worst of all, they do not know how to communicate the problem and they do not have empathy with the taxpayer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llevo más de un mes hablando a las oficinas, incluso me presente y me regresaron diciéndome que sin cita no me podían atender, así que llevo más de un mes con mi vehículo parado ya que no me e podido mover por obvias razones y no lo e podido dar de alta., y si son gente groserisima que les vale que ayas madrugado y no te puedan atender "solo con cita" llevo semanas tratando de sacar una cita y en ningún lado me contestan, o igual te contestan pero te dejan en espera por horas. No puede ser que aya gente tan incompetente.

It can't be that there are such incompetent people.
