★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato de los servidores públicos en el lugar es amable, no es un lugar que normalmente este lleno de personas ya que los tramites de mayor numero de usuarios se ubican en la USE. regularmente el estacionamiento regularmente esta ocupado por los mismos empleados así que tendrás que buscar estacionamiento por los alrededores.
Una de las ventajas de este lugar es que cuenta con bastantes áreas verdes por las que puedes caminar o incluso hacer ejercicio.

También tiene una máquina para imprimir Actas de nacimiento originales (super plus). Este edificio es un icono de la ciudad de Culiacán. 4 estrellas porque no tiene estacionamiento para el público.
