O	Omar Rangel Cupa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue 5 minutos antes del cierre del laboratorio y se me argumentó que se podían hacer mis exámenes pero con un precio extra ya que estaban a punto de cerrar, lo cual me parece incongruente. Que no deben de atender lo que llegue antes de su hora de cerrado? Ese dinero extra es entonces un ingreso "fuera de caja" para el laboratorista por "trabajar fuera del horario?. De verdad, muy decepcionado. I arrived 5 minutes before the laboratory closed and I was argued that my exams could be done but at an extra price since they were about to close, which seems incongruous. That they should not attend what comes before their closing time? That extra money is then an income "out of the box" for the laboratory for "working out of hours ?. Really, very disappointed.

C	Carolina Olvera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no te resuelven tus dudas y el trato en recepción es muy malo te atienden de muy mal modo,parece que les dieras una molestia por atenderte, no lo recomiendo por el trato al cliente. Terrible service does not solve your doubts and the treatment at reception is very bad they treat you in a very bad way, it seems that you gave them a nuisance to attend you, I do not recommend it for the customer service.

Excelentes instalaciones y aparatos, los estudios a precios considerables y no tardan mucho en darte los resultados muy limpio y sanitisado y no te hacen esperar mucho para realizarte tus estudios. excellent place, highly recommended for all kinds of studies, very friendly and trained staff, it is one of the most prestigious laboratories that can be. Las señoras que están en la recepción son múy arrogantes. No me explico cómo es posible que un laborariorio pueda permitír que personas como estas esten trabajando hoy en día. Pese a los comentarios negativos que vi aquí, decidí tomar una cita para realizarme unos analisis. Al llegar comenzaron a gritarme y hacerme sentír múy mal. Evitando conflicto me fuí sin responder à sus agresiones verbales. Este laborariorio es múy INHUMANO. Los gestionarios o dueños del laborariorio GOCA deberían estar más presentes y ver que típo de gente tienen trabajando. Si las señoras no se sienten agusto sirviendo al cliente deberían interrogarse si están laborando en el lugar correcto. Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo hubiera hecho con gusto. Ojalá y que siempre gocen de ese empleo. Les recomiendo ampleamente buscar en otro laboratorio si no quieren vivír una pesima experiencia. Esto no amerita una llamada de atención, merce que corran a este tipo de servidoras si no quieren seguír tentiendo mala reputación. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Staff despises and arrogant. He had never had such a horrible experience in a private laboratory. The ladies at the front desk are very arrogant. I do not understand how it is possible that a laboratory can allow people like these to be working today. Despite the negative comments I saw here, I decided to make an appointment for some tests. When they arrived they started yelling at me and making me feel very bad. Avoiding conflict, I left without responding to his verbal attacks. This laboratory is very INHUMAN. The managers or owners of the GOCA laboratory should be more present and see what kind of people they have working. If the ladies do not feel comfortable serving the client, they should ask themselves if they are working in the right place. If I could give it 0 stars I would have gladly done it. Hopefully and that they always enjoy that job. I highly recommend looking in another laboratory if you do not want to have a terrible experience. This does not merit a wake-up call, it is worth flushing these types of servants if they do not want to continue to have a bad reputation.

Solicite prueba PCR, con medidas correctas de sanidad, me atendieron a la cita, muy bien, y recibi los resultados (en español e inglés) al tiempo prometido. Todo salio perfecto. Muchas gracias! Highly recommended laboratory. I requested a PCR test, with correct sanitation measures, they attended my appointment, very well, and I received the results (in Spanish and English) at the promised time. Everything was perfect. Thanks a lot!
