★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicié ayer, para ser mis primeros 2 días han sido buenos, un poco cohibido por ser mi primera vez en un gym, es un reto que me puse y lo voy a lograr, ya veremos en el transcurso de los días, todos muy amables, mi entrenador que me asignaron es bueno, súper paciente conmigo, tenia años sin hacer ejercicio, eso si aveces se le olvida mi entrenador que estoy!! ?? Entiendo porque hay mas personas atendiendo, pero siempre me explica a detalle y pendiente que realice bien mis ejercicios, y SI se LOS RECOMIENDO!!!
I started yesterday, to be my first 2 days they have been good, a little self-conscious for being my first time in a gym, it is a challenge that I set myself and I am going to achieve it, we will see in the course of the days, all very kind, My coach assigned to me is good, super patient with me, I hadn't exercised for years, that is if sometimes my coach forgets that I am here!! ?? I understand why there are more people attending, but he always explains me in detail and pending that I do my exercises well, and YES I RECOMMEND THEM!!!
